For a general understanding of our workflow, please familiarise yourself with the following steps of the web development process and estimated time frame.
We'll set up a kick-off meeting either online or offline. At this stage, we will define the business requirements, target audience, project scope and goals. We will then sign-off on an agreement and require the first payment to proceed to the next step. Any additional changes or requests made after this stage may require an adjustment to the initial quote.
We'll create a sitemap based on the requirements defined at the previous stage. We will also produce a wireframe for each page (as a production sketch) to make visualising the user interface easy for you. You will review the wireframe and sign-off at this stage. You will need to supply all contents, including texts and images, to proceed to the next step.
We'll produce a hi-fi prototype, a graphic sketch or an actual web design, depending upon the nature of the project. This will present the information for the site structure and other aspects of the website design. You will need to send us your feedback, and we will make any necessary revisions. You will then need to sign-off to proceed to the next step.
We'll create a website based on the prototype and web design approved at the previous stage. Once we have implemented the website functionality and features, we will release the first alpha build of the website so you can review the usability and overall experience of the site. You will need to send us any feedback, and we will improve the quality of the site accordingly. If the feedback suggests major flaws in features or functionality, we will address them before release. Otherwise, the website becomes feature complete and will be the first beta version.
We will test the beta version against user interface and error conditions. All reported bugs and crashes on the builds will be addressed until the website is ready for release.
At this stage, the website will be deployed on a web server and we will require the final payment. We'll monitor to detect the problems and fix them immediately during the first month of running the website. We can provide ongoing maintenance service if requested.

You may be looking for $50 per page for content page web design service.
Our payment terms for web development services will be detailed in the proposal and can be negotiated on a case by case basis. We usually require a 50% payment before commencement of the work, and the balance before the launch of the site.
If you're not satisfied with our service, we'll try our best to make changes to your satisfaction. We cannot refund the payments for the work that is already done or delivered. Please read our refund policy for more information.
